Tankers and a tour boat moving .

The tanker Energy Power was boarded at the inner pilot station at 1600h this afternoon by APA pilot Capt. Chuck MacDonald who took it in to the Nustar inside berth at Point Tupper..
The tugs Svitzer Bedford and Point Chebucto assisted in the docking maneuver.


Pilot MacDonald had the ship secure at 1739h. The tanker Isola Carolla was at the outside berth and is scheduled for a late night departure. The CCG vessel Edward Cornwallis was still docked at the Mulgrave Dock and at the Martin Marietta loading dock in Aulds Cove the pioneer was getting loaded and a possible early morning departure is anticipated.
The tour boat J.Franklyn Wright departed Petit de Grat  this afternoon and is bound dfor the summer season at Cheticamp.It passed through the Canso Lock about 2000h with Capt. John M
acLeod Langley at the wheel.

    What a scenery and the water is so calm. Love to try the boat ride here. My kids really want another one since our last experience was in corryvreckan cruises and the family needs another sea trip.
